With many cabinet designs we can custom-fit any blast cleaning need. Our TrincoTM product line also includes custom cabinets, an abrasive media warehouse, portable pressure blasters, air filters/dryers, and production type pressure cabinets, tumble blasters, dolly and track assemblies.
The applications of Trinco Dry Blast Cabinets are virtually limitless—cleaning, deburring, decorating, def lashing, etching, finishing, honing, peening, etc. All of these uses and more can be accomplished easily with quick sweeps of the gun nozzle. Scale, corrosion, old paint and other surface materials are removed in minutes leaving metal surfaces free of foreign matter and contamination. Even tough mill scale is quickly and efficiently removed.
The usual operating pressure for the Dry Blast Cabinets is 85 PSI. A 5 HP Air Compressor is sufficient for most work. The equipment utilizes a variety of abrasives such as the Trin-Mixes, glass beads, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, nut shells, etc. A multitude of finishes are possible ranging from a micro-finish to a coarse-grade finish depending upon the specific media used. Trinco Cabinets can apply the proper abrasive to provide the desired finish for each specific application.
BNP 55 Suction Blast Cabinets
With an enclosure measuring 42 inches by 22 inches by 28 inches high, the BNP 55 is the perfect blast cabinet for processing small to mid-size parts. The system includes a reclaimer and dry filter. Available in suction blast models only. Shown with dry filter dust collector. Also available with optional reverse-pulse dust collector.
